I eat oatmeal probably every other day for breakfast! I usually make one serving with protein powder (as opposed to sugar because I used to load it with sugar) and usually a cup of frozen fruit.

I am going to Florida (from MN, so it will be a much needed break from the frozen tundra) in 8.5 weeks. Booking that flight and hotel was a great motivator, hoping to lose 2 lbs per week until I leave!
