I have had the same thing happen to me and it makes zero sense. I was losing weight, feeling amazing physically, emotionally and mentally and then I just stopped and gained it all back and then some. Something you could try is to join (or start your own) a challenge here on MFP. I know that is not someone being there to workout with you etc. but it has been a big help to keep me accountable. Because really who wants to check in on weigh in day and see that everyone else has lost a pound or more and you haven't lost…
