I walk anywhere between 9,000 to 11,000 steps a day on top of whatever my norm is. I've been doing this for about 6 days/week for almost 3 months now. With my calories cut, I have lost 28 pounds so far. Really works! Good luck and don't give up no matter what challenges you.
