thank you, that helps. I was wondering why mfp had my protein in red, however using your calculations I am not going over. I am overweight. I have started dieting, cardio and weight training. Just recently joined mfp to track my calorie intake. Thank you again!!

that is a question I had also, mfp has me in red on protein most days. I do not know my body mas, your math was kinda over my head. I am just learning and hope to get to this level soon. Codergal, I appreciate your posts they are very informative. Thank you!

I had nothing much to work out in and was afraid I would split the seat in my capri's. I found a pair of mens jogging type or work out bottoms at walmart on clearance for $5, then I found a pair of 2x on clearance at the dollar general.
