    My Sept squat challenge is to add 60lbs to my work sets of barbell squats. Wish me luck!

    That's a lot................. Good luck! Man. My goal is to add like 15 pounds haha

  • I'm in, I found this challenge on pinterest. I started September 1st!! I also have to start low, new at this and my knees are not happy so far.

    Ahaha, I saw this on tumblr! I did 20 yesterday, 25 today. There probably won't be much of a difference, but it's something new for the month -- I figured "why not?".

    Getting tougher... People that started at 50, wow!
    Do you do them in a row? Cause that's what I do... ;)

    Note: When I get to 300 I am going to follow what deesse75 mentioned and go up by 5. LOL

    I started today because I just finished getting better from a dizzy head cold. I've also added doing pushups to it. Though I am only adding 1 a day and am going from the girly pushups to regular ones! Go me!
