You state you need advice. My advice is read @AnnPT77's post above. Maybe even print it out and put it somewhere you can review it often. It's gold.

Welcome! What habits are you changing to help you reach your goal?

I use IF, but mainly because I'm not hungry in the morning. I lose weight by keeping within my calorie target. IF helps me with that somewhat because I'm not eating an unnecessary meal, but the weight loss comes from staying within my calories.

Great work so far! Good job!

I save that one for camping and holidays.

Good words from @DoubleG2. I can't say it any better than that^

That's awesome! Great work!

In addition to the comments above, my only addition is - are you certain of the amount of calories you are ingesting? Most people are terrible at eyeballing portions. Make sure you're weighing your food in grams and logging it all religiously. Then if you 100% sure you are consistently eating 900 calories (not just one day…

I found if I bought better coffee, I don't need creamer at all. Now I can save those calories for chocolate! Yay!

Crow is fun. My goal is has always been to hit a full scorpion.

Swedish meatballs over zucchini is one of my favorite meals. Easy and delicious! Swedish sauce - 1 cup whole cream, 1 cup chicken broth, 3 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1.5 tsp rosemary. Cook over low/medium heat til thickened. I cheat and add premade meatballs and let them cook with the sauce. Throw over lightly steamed…

What @AnnPT77 said^^. My daily goal is 100 calories plus or minus of 1700. Anywhere from 1600 to 1800 calories per day equals a win in my book.

How do you get started? One small decision at a time. What is the best decision you can make at this moment? Maybe it's going for a 10 minute walk before sitting down at the TV/computer. Maybe it's having a vegetable with your meal instead of chips. Keep making small, sustainable decisions toward your goal and eventually…

None of the above. I eat what I like, within my calorie allotment.

This. Just start logging. Be honest. After a week, look back over your food diary and determine where you can make changes that will help you toward your goals. Foods that were too calorific, or didn't keep you full long or whatever, switch out for something better suited toward your goals. You don't have to be perfect…

Sounds like you're dong great! Keep it up!

Not sure what you're saying. You only have that many calories left for dinner?

My tip - just start. Commit to logging all your food/drinks. Don't even worry about the calorie target for the first week. Just log your current eating habits to see where you are. Then look back of the week and see where you can make small, sustainable changes that move you toward your goal. This is my favorite…

Welcome! Glad to see how excited you are. If keto doesn't work for you (it didn't for me), just know you can eat anything you prefer as long as you stay within your calorie target.

Weight loss happens in the kitchen. What are you doing on the diet side of things?
-
This. How much are you trying to lose?
-
How long had it been since you'd eaten?

THIS IS MY THREAD!!! #deadliftisthebestlift Powerlifting - because I hate cardio and eat like a fat kid ;)
