After hitting 395 lbs for a single, I then hit 355 lbs for two sets of 5, a rep PR! I love a good deadlift session! My preferred form of therapy!

I log what I plan to eat first thing in the morning. I pack my breakfast and lunch, and usually know what dinner is going to be. Then I try not to deviate. If I do deviate, I go back and change it.

I've tracked and logged my food honestly since Monday.

I jogged! For the first time in years. It wasn't much. I ran "poles" - walk to telephone pole, then jog to next telephone pole, repeat - for 30 minutes. I was pretty chuffed with myself.

I had a really hard time with my son's birthday and Mother's Day this month, as he's at college and I didn't get to see him in person either day. I ate all my feelings. My NSV is that I got back on track Monday. I've logged everything I've eaten. It's only been two days, but it's a big deal to me.

Plain greek yogurt mixed with protein powder and frozen (thawed) berries. I mix up the powder flavor and type of berry to keep it interesting. Lemon powder and raspberries is a favorite.

Oh yeah. I'm not sweating it. I actually just wooshed down to 200.6 this morning. I'm gonna have room to carb-load up into the meet.
