  • Eating for ten during my pregnancy!!!!!!!! I've always been very controlled with my eating and exercise and when I was pregnant I just seemed to go a bit mad and put on 3 and half stone!!!!! I've lost 3 stone so far :happy:

I've gone back to running (really hard work after not doing it for almost a year!!!!), using the cross trainer, Zumba and walking with the pram and I'm gradually losing the weight at about a pound a week which I'm pleased with. My stomach is starting to look better - it was only a little while…
  • I'm 5ft 2in and currently weight 9st 1lb (127). I'd like to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight of between 8st and 8st 4lb (112-117). Think my bodyshape is a bit different now so will go on how my body looks first and how my clothes fit. It definately is harder when you're short as every pound shows!!!!! x

  • I had an emergency C-Section 14 weeks ago and was also wondering if I'd ever get my flat stomach back coz I dip in one side of my scar! I'm well on my way to losing the baby weight but only just now felt ready to go back to the gym. Hoping it will help with my baby pouch :-)
