  • Started Monday 12/30 but wasnt following a diet. Will start my diet tomorrow which will be week 2 day 1 for me. I hope to lose 40 lbs this year =)
  • great results! 10 inches is a lot for a month! You still lost more than a pound a week and really the scale doesn't matter that much when you look and feel better =)
  • Ok I'm going to try mid foot next week. I just feel like Godzilla crashing down when I attempt mid foot. However when I land on the ball of my foot it only feel good for a bit before I get calf pain.
  • Did you ladies weigh in today after kickstart week? I'm super excited and pumped about my results Lost 5.2 lbs and 1.4% body fat. Normally I struggle really hard to lose just 1-2 lbs. Jillian knows what she is doing! :smile:
  • I did the kickstart plan. I did all but one of the scheduled exercised and followed her food plan. I lost 5.2 lbs and 1.4% body fat that week. Very happy with the results :smile: Also I didn't follow the meal plan to the tee but made sure to only eat foods she allows/incorporates in her meals when I deviated from her…
