I plateaued at around 30 lbs lost. It took me a couple of months to get past it, I ended up ratcheting up my workout before I finally started seeing some more downward momentum.

I use Zombies, Run! as well, they now have a c25k app that you can use that seems pretty good. I pushed myself faster than the program told me to though and injured myself and so I am having to take some time off from my training.

The thing that worked for me, is giving yourself chocolate or sweets as a reward and only in moderation. If I my goal was to burned 200 calories, I would work out until I burned 250, then I could eat a 50 calorie dove chocolate piece.
