  • You rock!! I just found that my size 16 *I will never fit these again; why am I hanging onto them* jeans actually fit! Moving down a size is one of the best feelings ever!
  • Blueberries and basil Raspberries and rosemary Strawberries and mint Orange peel and vanilla bean I usually do a fruit and an aromatic together. I choose my flavors in the morning and make a gallon for the whole day.

  • I also have to work to keep my calories up there. I never let myself go under 1200, but sometimes I have to eat at night. I try to keep lots of fruits and veggies in the house, and I love juicing! I also try to do lots of lean dairy and whole grains.
  • Hi Robin. I've got 130 lbs to go. I'm actually super excited to write that because I'm down 20 pounds in the last couple months! This is the longest I've ever kept going and I don't intend to ever stop. I'm so excited to be on this journey!
