My sister is getting married in August and I am her matron of honor. I am hoping to lost at least another 30lbs by then. Currently at 228 now. We are supposed to be going dress shopping this weekend. NOT looking forward to that. Congratulations and you got this!

A few years back I ate peanut butter as my snack everyday in between my meals. I would just have a little bit on some graham crackers and I lost 40 lbs in 4 months while enjoying every bite. :) YES TO PB!

Oh this may sound odd but them cubed up and put in chili is really good too.

I use them all the time...sliced up on my salads, on my sandwiches (great on a turkey sandwich) I love them on a burger, use them in place of mayo, loves them in my scrambled egges with fresh cut up tomatoes and some pepper! Delicious! One of my favs for sure!
