Hi, sorry i can't help, but i have exactly the same [problem so am keen to see what people say xx

I love meringue nests. Sometimes if i just need a quick sweet fix i will just purekly munch a meringue nest. Other times I will have one meringue nest, add half fat creme fraiche (about a tablespoon i guess) and some fruit like summer berries (again about a tablespoon) etc and i get a really tasty low cal dessert.

No, wraps are not bresd. They are a great alternative though. I have one some days stuffed with salad and ham. I get the Weight Watchers ones,but there are loads about.
