I'd be interested to know the answer to this too. I have exactly the same struggle and although I am losing weight and toning in some places, my ''bingo wings'' (that's what we call flabby arms in the UK) are just as bad as they have always been. In fact, I sometimes ask myself, are they getting worse ;0(

That's exactly what I keep saying to people - think yourselves lucky you don't live in the UK!!! But yes agreed definetely a good idea to b ike if you can. Shame i can't working about 25 miles from work, I would never make it lol plus would have to leave at some really ridiculous hour in the morning ;0)

My Dad takes Glucosamine (1500mg) as instructed to by his GP. He has always suffereds with painful knees but the Doctor advised these tablets and also told him that they have been known (whether proven I do not know) to rebuild the cartlidge. He now swears by these tablets and wouldn't be without them!

Am very interested in comments for this as I am starting to majorly suffer too. ;0( I hate my bingo wings ;0( they really depress me!

You will find your not eating enough I would have thought. You shouldn't have less than 1200 calories a day. if you actually work out your calorie alowance it may even be more than this. But whatever happens 1200 is a minimum you should eat and drink in a day.

I plan ahead, it is the only way I can keep myself on track. I already have tomorrows and Thursdays meals planned in my food diary. Some may think I am crazy, but I have to do what works for me. Soup with ryvita or cracker bread, pitta breads with tuna or chicken and salad. Brown rice mixed with onion, peppers and some chicken or tuna. Left overs from dinner the night before, which could be perhaps a chicken stirfry. I always add fruit or some sort to lunches as well and maybe a yoghurt to fill me up.

I have cheat days as such. Normally the day i weigh in. But i don't go majorly over the top, will maybe just have something different for dinner that i wouldn't normally have. Or perhaps a meal out where i don't overly watch my calories. I find this actually helps me, keeps me motivated as well, as I am straight back on…

Totally baffles me too, even after someone tried to explain it to me lol I too tend to opt for the option that is in grams, but yes not always possible and then i enter my own if i have time.
