Do they have a website? If not, I would call and ask. Aint no shame in trying to be healthy. I call and ask all the time. I think my most shameful ask was then the mclobster came out and I couldn't find the calorie content. I asked the girl and she looked at me pretty funny.

Just curious as to what you normally eat while out of the country? Also, what do you have access to? Are you able to get access to a kitchen? I think that if you are in a hotel room, you can probably do stuff in your space and still burn calories (like the T25 you mentioned).

The smallest I ever was (until now) was while I was breastfeeding. I didn't count calories or workout and the lbs just flew off of me post baby. I think you should focus on your nutrition so that your baby is reaping the full benefits of the milk. Consult with your doctor to make sure you are eating enough too.

Are you measuring yourself? I have such a hard time taking measurements. I find that I always place the measuring tape in a different place and it just doesnt come out properly. Maybe that could be your issue.

Well before anything, I really think you need to start changing his sleeping habits. As others have said, 10 pm is VERY late for a child. I have no off button. I wouldn't say I am always hungry, I just am never un-hungry. I could ALWAYS go for food. I have never once turned down food because I was unhungry.... I've turned down food because I knew I had to. So you are not alone!
