Yes, I was CRAVING a cupcake ( mostly like the frosting). I went to a great bakery and had a mini-cupcake....ate it sooooooo slowly...enjoyed every slooooooooooowwwww bit....savored it and was satisfied. Problem: I LOVE frosting....THEY HAD FROSTING SHOTS!!! OMG>>~~ I had to leave quickly.....lol

I started this journey before MFP. In total I've lost about 50 pounds or more. Last year I went six weeks without losing a pound but lost inches because I was working and out doing ZUMBA .... a pound of fat is bigger than a pound of muscle.

haha! that happened to me at work. I was wearing a skirt. I am a Psychotherapist and my client had just come into the office. He had his head turned...and down went my skirt....thankfully I pulled it up before he noticed!

This has been my experience too. I am 5 8 and, at my biggest wore 20. ....fast forward fifty pounds later...I am a size 14.

I guess it depends on what kind of wrap you are doing and for what reason. I can only tell you from experience. I did lose weight (probably water)....but my legs looked hot! Don't worry. I gained 2 lbs in one week when I started to more workouts. The following week...I lost three pounds. I know for sure that my last FIVE pounds of weight loss was fat....as it was measured by our fitness trainer. More muscle....better metabolism!

One pound a week is good. You are probably burning fat, which is more dense. The scale is probably the worst measure of how you are actually doing. I have a fitness trainer measure me. You have been married for such a short time. I am sorry this happened to you. I am sure it is hart breaking. Nobody can really tell you what to do. It's what is in your heart to do. I honestly suggest therapy. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and have seen a lot of couples make it through difficult times.

YES! I just found this out today. I was going over all my reports and after seeing the peaks and valleys I noticed I peaked on several counts: sodium, carbs...etc. on days when I ate out. Eating HOME is best. Something safe always in the purse JUST IN CASE.....

I eat 1200 calories and have been doing fine losing weight. I do not go hungry most of the time. Yes, me too...and you can pretty much use seasoning or other veggies to make it taste different. I like getting more bang for my buck (calorie wise) I can so much more on less calories and feel great!
