When to give up the baggy clothes.
Yes, baggy clothes make you look bigger. I have dropped a couple of sizes.....started before MFP......Don't want to buy NEW clothes at retail prices....don't know how long I can wear them with all my success :) ~~ So, what do you do?

250 grams of fat in a Morning Star Garden Burger?
I was floored. Then I looked it up on the internet and it said 3-4 grams of fat. Two choices on this site said 250?? How does one report that to have it removed. Luckily there was three entries and I found the appropriate one.

Is it normal to lose weight quickly the first month and then begin to slow down especially if you added exercise to your routine?

bad binge!! omg....I feel so ashamed.
I started 30 days ago and lost 11 pounds. Last night I ate 9 cookies (250) each!!!! I feel so ashamed! I felt out of control! OMG...now I wonder if I'll ever make it. I'm so mad at myself.

I KNEW starting to EXERCISE again would cause weight GAIN
I am sooooo discouraged today. I was exercising at least 4 times a week and eating healthy and not losing a pound. I started MFP and calculated calories and have stayed on track. Does anybody else get up after midnight and eat?
Some nights, I get up and eat. I still log it it. My doctor put me on Metformin and said that should help. She said I was having an insulin spike at night. It worked for about 10 days. I have been super stressed lately and attribut it to that or the sleep meds I'm on (ambien). I'm a mess. :/

I've been sick..could not exercise
I've been walking two brisk miles every morning before work for the past two months or so. I was not tracking my food, but ate healthy. I did not lose weight. In the past 10 days I started tracking on this site, have not exercised and lost three lbs. in one week. I have not walked in almost two weeks. I'm affraid it is…
