Dear lord I'm a 5'1 female and I would literally chew my arm off or bite someone's head off at 1200 per day. Jeez I'd be trying to force feed someone peanut butter hearing that. My weekly average goal is 1700 per day.

*pokes chest* the left is suddenly noticeably, to me at least, smaller this didn't happen last time. Otherwise I'm happy with overall look of getting smaller.

It's not that my family isn't supportive they are all for it. They just aren't going to go out of the way to make it easier if it inconveniences them.

I've come to the point if I'm feeling snacks bit not hungry enough to put in the effort to cook I don't need to snack, the exception is after lifting or mma I always grab at least and apple or halo after that.

I'm not sure I like rnc so much because it's been drilled so much since I started or because I like it. I'm used to fighting from bottom but I honestly prefer from the knees or standing set up a gator roll or lions ride to rnc. I'm not sure how far I've gotten lol scale need batteries.

I wouldn't but I live in the middle of nowhere no lights. I will however walk the dogs at night no problems, with a headlamp and reflective clothes and harness.

I take a multi sans iron on doc recommendations. And in the winter if my mood sours I'm advised to add in vitamin D as somehow despite the fair complexion and living in the Southeast I don't get enough.

I train mma in the evenings, strength train 3 times a week, and walk an hr+ twice a week. This is not including my waitressing hrs which is 7 hours of standing and walking.

I used to walk around a table to study for spelling and history. If it's nice out I'll walk around campus with a filled out study guide or not so nice around the inside of a building. This is nothing to be ashamed of is no different from running or walking on a track. That guy shouldn't even be a consideration he's a jerk…

Ugh so not a morning person I dread getting a 9-5 job because I won't be able to fit supplemental work between classes. I have to get someone to drag me out of bed for it.

Orange theory if I remember the speal correctly has weight lifting along with cardio in their workout mix, I googled when we got one in my area. I can't say much for cooking 1 or 2 ppl but lessons I learned growing up in a large family may be applicable. Google the warrior diet and intermittent fasting. On the Ramen noodle note if you've got left over chicken or something toss that in with some veggies and it'll last longer.

It really doesn't seem to be I've gotten to the point I'll drill with the other females but I grapple with the guys most often. They at least don't limp noodle and fight back. :(

I train bjj. Plan for my first tournament in the spring. I'm kinda on the heavy side for a female so I'm working on weightloss now in hopes I can be a competitive weight by then.

The important thing after surgery is healing which takes a lot of energy. Feed the healing and eat at maintenance.

I'll be giving it a go starting the 4th. My class schedule for the coming semester aligns for it and it won't interfere with my training for a competition come spring. I'm curious if it could enhance my supplemental training and weight loss.

You said your picky can you explain that further is it taste you don't like, texture (very different I swear I love the taste of German potato salad but the texture makes me gag,) or is it the way it's cooked? And what is it you like about the snacks you buy or the meals you eat you like?

We ordered a ham dinner from the deli for tomorrow and my family will be eating that I will be eating whatever I have time for because I will be working and it's the busiest day of our year.
