I recently purchased a new scale just for this very reason, I know i have too. Recently we had a health fair at work and found out I was 20 lbs more than I had estimated, and at my highest weight ever. If that didn't kick me into gear, I don't know what would have.. Needless to say, I never want to allow that to happen…

I make it a point to eat some of the work out calories, but not necissarily all.. after a good hard work out, I can tell my body needs it.. I try to keep it healthy good foods, and usually protien, like an egg, or some nuts are good. even a good Chocolate flavored protien shake with spinach and bananas and peanut butter.…
