I am a single mom of a three year old with a full time job and I really have to plan out my meals. It helps so much! I eat oatmeal with brown sugar and coffee for breakfast. I pack a banana and a protein bar for my snacks For lunch I eat a green giant veggie pack steamer and a Greek yogurt For dinner either chicken breast…

I'm a single working mom so I totally get not having a lot of time! I take those Bird's Eye or Green Giant veggie steamer packs for lunch a lot of the time. They're about $1.50 and the whole container is about 200 calories. Flavorful and filling.

Egg McMuffins Grease a 12 part cupcake pan with cooking spray. Crack an egg into each part. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. You get perfectly shaped, perfectly freezable egg patties :) Put an egg Patty on a whole grain English muffin and add a slice of low-fat American.

I'm kind of in the same boat. I'm a single mom of a 2-year old little girl. I found that meal planning helps a lot. If you have an Aldi near you I highly recommend buying the bulk of your groceries there. Much cheaper than even Walmart. I bought 6 frozen veggie steamer packs at Walmart which was roughly $12. I got the rest…
