It was tolerable for a month and then I started to roam and found a park loaded with them lucky me ❤ it wraps around. Lake beautiful view or sometimes I'll even ride by the train tracks.. It's amazing the views u see on a bike that you wouldnt in a car.

^this okay so I dnt feel crazy I dropped the same amount in 4 1/2 weeks and fretted for a while ❤ but then again I know I went from being a soda junkie with no excercise and fried everything to str8 up water & oven baked food. Plus my bike being stuck in 7th gear I deff felt it lol ❤ touché to you tho keep going

The thing that confuses me abut MFP is if I'm already at a deficit at 1200 calories or if I'm supposed to burn into that 1200 because Im honestly aiming for 2 lbs a week or 8/10 lbs a month

You need to record everything you eat and if your unsure of one or two things I would over estimate.. We are our biggest critics. Take the scale and give it to a friend for a month record everything you eat work out meet your weekly goals and in 30 days then step on the scale.. I'm telling you stepping in that thing…
