Please understand, that is exactly my point, I'm not offended at all, people are of many races, So it should not be a problem when any one group, (say white) separates themselves from other races for any "good" reason.

My thoughts exactly; Blacks can be racist and discriminating, (or profoundly sound like it) while white folks would be sued. This concept needs to change.

I'm in a hurry and can't read this entire thread right now, but it seems like the question is whether to eat 6 meals or 3 meals, some folks have a strong opinion while others don't have a clue, all I can say is for me 6 small meals work much better. lilly

I would think the cardio is enough for now, however later on after losing more weight you might want to gain more muscle and go back and visit the leg weights, does that make since? I think reversing back to a great body is a slow process. Good luck! I just found this site in October also.
