Today I am going to start my week 3 Focus T 25 I had few hiccups but 25 mins is something which keeps me going.

What type of resistance trainiNg you can add alongwith focus t 25 to increase your metabolism. I will really appreciate the suggestions.

Hi I am 172 lbs and want to get down to 140 lbs .My target is to loose at least 20 lbs before my wedding anniversary. I Would love to have buddies for doing focus T25 and healthy eating. My main problem is not exercising and insulin resistance. I am 34 years old.
