Well, I grew up obese thanks to an obese family. I have medical records at 10 years old weighing 160, then ballooned to 200's from there for about 10 years. The past 2 years I took 65 off. No need to message as I eat whatever I want, but just make sure I'm somewhere near my macros for the day and at my daily caloric intake.

Literally, buy this; Brush a good amount on the salmon. Grill it up (buy a grill pan if you don't have one) with some green onions/garlic in the pan. Devour.
