Not to try to pick on you, but the reason everyone is getting on your case is because you are FLAT OUT WRONG. A "Cleanse" isnt even broscience. Its literally a scam made up by people to sell products. The scientific studies clearly show that cleanses are all bull****. ALL OF THEM. Every single one.

In general, its really up to you. Most people end up having a cheat day. I do it occasionally as well.
