I had this exact question, then I tried it without shoes and my balance was off and I felt like my feet were sliding. So now I stick with shoes, i think it just depends on which one you are more comfortable with.

Yes assuming that a subway cookie only has 100 calories eating 2 of them and then finding out they have over 200 calories per cookie!!!! :grumble: :grumble: :noway: Face palm. No more subway cookies for me they are good but not that good.

my 11 year old brother is 5'3( tall for his age yes) and 98 pounds he is skin and bones. to me that is not a healthy weight for a adult person.

In the end regardless of math all that matters to me is that I buy the leaner cuts of meat. My meat usually says 93/7 or 80/20. I can taste and feel the differences. That's all I care about.

i think if you are having true hunger pains its best to give you body something, i agree Protein helps me recover after a workout. Protein shakes is what I do sometimes after I workout.
