For me this time it is about making a life long lifestyle change, That change is eating healthier and watching calorie intake. Second part of that change is me trying to make exercise a regular part of my life. But honestly I am just taking it one day at a time, that way I don"t get overwhelmed.

I was on HCG spent alot of money for little success. If you are looking for support Yahoo groups has several groups with people on HCG. you cant change the rules so stop trying.

It is hard just do your best look up calories when you can. But don't tress about it too much. Remember moderation.

There are also Threads that Claim Cardio is pointless, and that people can just sit on there buts and still lose weight. As I child I thought a Hamburger with lettuce, Tomatoes, and cheese was a healthy balanced meal because it had all the major food groups. Thank you food pyramid.

Omelet made in my rice cooker.

So I used my own ingredients, and My rice cooker only has two settings Cook and warm. I put it on cook and could here it sizzling and cooking away. Since I wanted to set it and forget it I put it on warm. Came back a few minutes later and it looked like this! Tasted amazing. Thanks for the idea.

I would avoid the breakfast meats, unless they have the turkey substitutes. A couple of scrambled eggs and some whole wheat toast maybe. a good option. on average should be less than 400 calories.

I agree at 10 his intent is malicious and it is a result of bad home training. I have had younger kids like 4 say stuff like wow you are fat but I chalk it up to them not having been around people my size. I never really ate many vegetables growing up, but once I started trying to loose weight while buying my own food I realized I love Asparagus! and almost any other green veggie!

When I was on the HCG diet thats what they said I was supposed to eat, needless to say that ish didn't last long. Just because something is masking your hunger cues doesn't mean your body isnt wanting to eat. Its not the healthy way to go. Aim for healthy!
