Hi Linda! Sugar is definitely something that releases the happy hormones in our brains. Try replacing sugar with Monkfruit sweetener or even honey. Baby steps best of luck!

I suggest Watching him cook and put his recipes into the recipe builder, so you have some idea of what you are about to put in your body. I have been eating Paleo style for the last week and have lost 4 pounds. I had a cheat day yesterday and still manage to loose, I think I will be low carbing it for a while!

No its not unhealthy, they also do try and push a bunch of supplements carb blockers and junk like that. My sister in law did it before her wedding and lost weight. but I think she gained some back after she got off there supplements and such.

IDK Even when I stay within my caloric goal while eating junk like pizza and McDonalds I notice it makes me stall. Not gain but not loose either . I think for some people what you eat does count.

I have the same problem! I love breakfast but if I eat the wrong things in triggers me to eat more.
