You're welcome lady!

Has anyone else noticed how the MEN are suggesting abstinence-related birth control methods? This is 2012, not the 1950's. We have the right to get just as much action as you do... ...and there's not a whole hell of a lot you can do about it ;)

We can't see your food diary.

I LOVE THIS TOPIC! Such great words of inspiration. Losing weight is about getting stronger, not deprivation. I also like this ^^^^

What's your issue?

I REALLY REALLY REALLY HATE THIS LINE! For personal reasons - I know it has good intentions. My high-school councilor was absolutely terrible and left me with emotional scars. She would tell me (daily), "Everyone's different" after she was done lecturing me about how terrible of a person I was for not paying attention in…

When I turn around and catch guys looking at my butt. :) Oh, and boy-shorts.

My Criteria: 1.) PERSONALITY - Yes, I agree you have to be physically attracted to someone in order to be with them, but there have been times that I have met someone who initially I wasn't physically attracted to, but after getting to know them their personally MADE me physically attracted to them. For example people who…

Still haven't met him. I'm the pickiest woman on the planet. Looks like we're in the same boat love!

Apparently, I made this one on my 21st birthday, however I have no recollection of it: "I have a perma-smile and it hurts..." Sometimes I run into random people and they say this to me, even though I've never seen them in my life. It was quite the night.

Good question lady! I come across a lot of narcissistic men here and not a lot of nice ones, but even the nice ones seem to be chatting up a million other chicks. Looks like we're SOL. I need some serious eye candy ;)

OMG! KEEP CALM AND CHIVE ON! Nuff said.

LOL! It is getting hot up in her'! Just wanted to remind everybody to take a chill pill. Low-Carb works for some people, but not all. There are so many factors that come into play regarding each individual that there is NO WAY you could possibly lay them out on a poster. I just found these posters, thought they were cute,…

Balance blood sugar by controlling insulin release (i.e. controlling carbs).

But your argument is that carb consumption universally causes obesity and weight gain ----> Nowhere did I say that. Please read my comments before assuming. I said that it's a balancing act, too much of anything can cause problems. I was simply sharing a poster that I think is cute and shares some good information with my…

There is no reason to be rude. Grow up.
-
Carbs are not bad for you! That is not the point of the story here - too much is bad - just like too much of anything is bad.
-
Not if you manage to read every single thread.
-
Then why are you reading this feed? Just because something works for you does not mean it works for everyone sweetheart.

EVERYONE HERE NEEDS TO KEEP IN MIND THAT THESE POSTERS DO NOT SUGGEST THAT YOU NEVER EAT A SINGLE CARBOHYDRATE>>> If you think that then you get an F for critical thinking. Rather, they suggest that you LIMIT your carbohydrate consumption. Fats, proteins, and total calorie intake matter to> the key is BALANCE.

THAT IS ABSOLUTELY CORRECT.

You DON"T HAVE TO trust these posters... or any opinions people may have of them... >>>>>>>>>>>> TRUST YOU SCALE, it will tell you what to believe and what not to believe...
