Add ground flax seed and vanilla whey powder to this for a phenomenal snack!! When you eat, you should have fat, carbs and protein with each meal.

Totally forgot this one....it's my fav!!! A good Greek yogurt like PLAIN Fage is very similar to casein. 1 cup 0% Fage Greek yogurt, 3 Tbsn natural peanut butter, 1 scoop choco whey. Mix it up and let it set. The longer you let it sit in fridge, the thicker the PB becomes. This is a super bedtime snack for growing muscles!!

If you like pumpkin, get a large coffee mug and spray with Pam. In the cup put one egg white, 1/2 cup pumpkin purée, 2 Tbsp ground flax seeds and 1 scoop vanilla whey. Quest bars are FANTASTIC and have 17g of fiber each. I eat one a day. I usually get 50-67g of fiber a day, all from food. One day a week I'm close to 85g.

Pumpkin purée, oatmeal, steel oats, ground flax seed, sweet potatoes, black beans, navy beans, brown rice pasta, quinoa, butternut squash, all veggies and stick with berries for fruit. Don't forget peanut butter and nuts!!

No they don't....several years ago I was over 200 lbs. and no one should be working out 2-3 hours a day. With a proper diet, you only need 1 hour a few days a week.

Your diet consists of WAY to much fruit and barely any Protein. Your eating way to much fruit, and the wrong kinds for weight loss.
