I started with week 1 even though I could have skipped to week 2 or 3, and I do it every day, so I am on week 2 right now and I just keep repeating it until sunday when I switch to week 3, so far I have lost 7.4 lbs in a week between that and eating right with 20 mins of 30 day shred or zumba :)

For everyone who is confused on all this you should read this book: Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle by Tom Venuto. It is the BEST book and explains everything. I bought the Zumba game for the PS3 a week or so ago, and I love it! After about 4 times doing the routines I am more coordinated and it's 100x easier then the first time I tried. I do it for 60 mins straight now. Once you get the hang of it it will be so much fun :) if you have the wii or ps3 I deff recommend the game!!

Thanks!! This is my third attempt at trying to lose weight and I am determined this time.
