I weigh myself every day but I don't log the number in. I usually do when I lose at least 1 kg (2.2 lbs) because that's when I know I've lost a significant amount of weighs. Thanks for sharing this wonderful idea with us! I should try this too! But in order to do this, I think I really need to fetch myself an accurate scale

Way to go Molly! Do you eat all your exercise calories? I'm trying to eat all my calories back but ended up gaining. . I did lose 7 lbs in a month though but fear of gaining them back

hey there! thanks for the tips! I've been trying to keep myself active the past week because i'm much of a couch potato. I haven't started working on the muscles yet but i definitely will once i worked up on the cardios. I'm quite frustrated with the fact that i did cardios for the past 3 days yet i havent lost any lbs…

Hello :) Yes that is sooo true it's definitely water weight because i haven't lost anymore the past 2 days. I only do elliptical for cardio because that's the only thing I could do in the evening. But wow you're such an inspiration!! :) good luck and keep yourself motivated! go go go!
