I only use the excercise element the bit that says that you have certain amount of active minutes. I do 50 minutes of delibrate walking which was 5500 steps and I got back 81 cals.

I seem to be hitting the nail with walking. I use endomunodo and that for me is an accurate reflection. I am getting non motorised stationary bike next week and hopefully will get a better idea.

I count when I go for a long walk but never count it for shopping.

You can eat most things. I think that this app teaches you about moderation. It's certainly an eye opener for me.

Yes I do cook. I made a spag bol. Lunch time isn't always easy.

What about a savory soya protein. I have 350g bag that will make me 7 meals and.it cost me £2 from holland and Barrett

I find that once my girl is in bed I am bored. So I usually raid the cupboard. I would try have a glass of water and maybe that would help.

I Like most veg. I chose to have fruit and yogurt this morning and for lunch I am having a quorn ham sandwhich, salad and some mini sausages (veggie) style. How can I add more protien without cooking

I have a heart disabilities and my little girl is incredibly active. I had to run after her yesterday when she tried escaping from the back garden and I could barely breath afterwards. Also I have a pedometer app that seems to be a lot more accurate then the others.

My daughter is my key motivation. I am a single parent and I do want to be healthy for her sake as I want to be able to chase after her. I think I have logged everything once or twice.

I am currently in a stressful situation and I wake up fine and by lunch time I indulge. I want to lose weight because of my health and know it's playing a part of me being ill. I just fall to my old habits.
