I agree..I don't think the "ideal" weight for my 5'2'' frame would look healthy on me..my goal is close to the top end but not fall into the range. I'm trying to be healthier.

My goal is to reach around the 150-155 mark , given the fact that I'm in my forties and I think that might be a reasonable weight to maintain, especially with getting older! I'm not trying to look like I did when I was in my twenties! I'm trying to lose enough to be comfortable with "me" and something I can maintain.
