  • Hi all, I'm in too! I lost about 35 pounds a year ago and have gained almost all of it back. I'm re-commiting and looking to lost about 100 lbs by the end of it all! Feel free to add me, I'd love to keep each other accountable :)
  • bump - can't wait to make these!
  • Mine is on my wrist where there is very little fat and it was more of an odd slightly burning sensation. Definitely not painful though. And mine also did not hurt in the following days at all. And I have like the lowest pain tolerance haha, so you should be fine!
  • Today I had a very exciting NSV!! I fit comfortably into a pair of shorts that wouldn't even button two months ago! No muffin top or anything :)!! This is the first time I've felt this good in a very very long time!
  • For an easy dinner I sautee minced garlic in a little bit of olive oil and butter add lemon juice and parsely and pour it over 2 filets in a baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. It is usually done at that point but not falling apart quite yet Yummy!
  • I've taken it when I've had a hard time falling asleep. I usually works for me in about half an hour and I take 2mg. Although sometimes it gives me some odd dreams, but I always feel VERY well rested the next day.
  • Thanks! I'll have to try both the regular and the chocolate! I also get healthy fats elsewhere (fish, eggs, olive oil etc.), I just really love PB and with so much fat for 2TB I'm looking to cut down a bit. As long as it tastes good I'm sure the texture won't bother me too much!

  • I would love those recipes! I too struggle to meet my minimum calorie goal and after reading about BMR and TDEE I feel like I"m not eating enough calories. I have a lot to lose and just started but I want to do this right. I eat healthy food and get full but I think I need to add a few calories
  • Thanks! That is really helpful :) I am slightly addicted to peanut butter so I may use this to get my fix (As Magerum said!) TeaBea, do you just mix it with water for fruit dip or do you mix it with something like greek yogurt?

  • Have you had PB2 before? I eat an apple and peanut butter almost every morning for breakfast and I'm trying to cut down on that fat (I know, its healthy fats but still!). I've heard PB2 is great for shakes and mixing with things like yogurt for a peanut butter flavor, but what about using it as actual peanut butter? Does…

  • I just want to say how inspired I am by a story like yours. You've done an amazing job so far and have a great attitude. I'm proud and hope that I can get to that positive place that you are. Keep going! You're fantastic!
  • i agree with what everyone else is saying! The biggest thing I learned honestly is to log every day. On days I do badly, I don't log and it always shows up in my weight at the end of the week. I'm also shocked by the calories in some things that I thought were healthy! I have a lot to loose too and definitely need to focus…
  • That sounds delicious! I'll have to look for those during the winter
  • I love their boxed soups for an easy lunch and, as other people have mentioned, their nut butters are really good and fairly inexpensive. Also great cheese selection!
  • Mine was lactose. Milk made me violently ill for a while. I can now have it in SMALL amounts, but I'm mostly an almond milk girl now.
  • I also have to be gluten free. At first I ate terribly because I didn't know what I COULD eat, but it gets easier! I'm still working out how to make my favorite recipes gluten free. I've never tried Rienzi, I'll have to look it up! The only pasta substitute I've tried and really like is Ancient Harvest Quinoa Pasta. I'd…
