Spinach can go in just about anything. I use spinach in every meal I cook to boost my iron as I am a vegetarian. I also love to take any and every vegetable hangin' around, sautee or steam them, toss with rotini and add skim milk mozza cheese for a very tasty pasta dish...my dinner last night <3

I have a muffin top naked or clothed! I have had a muffin top even when I used to be a size 5 and even more so now that I'm a 9. It is possible to have muffin top naked!!

Your regular workout pants are getting too big and you have to keep pulling them up...until about mid way though your workout. Then they don't budge because their so sticky

A good mix of both I'd say. But there is such thing as good carbs as in complex carbs from whole grains which are essential to good health. But I am also interested to see what else people have to say...
