What height are you? What did you put as your activity level? Have you tried more than one calculator? Might be worth looking at others and taking an average. 🤔👍🏻

Also starting again today! I’ve had enough. These are excellent questions - my ‘what went wrong’ was that I had another baby and have just never been able to get back in the place I was mentally!! She’s totally worth it though and the main reason I need to start again. I learned that it can take time and there will be…

I can’t imagine how you are feeling - I am so sorry for your loss. I agree with all the above about therapy. But would also encourage some long walks with your dogs. Nothing gets me out of my depressive states like exercise and walking is free. Take care of yourself and don’t feel guilty for eating, if it gives you…

Had to reply as I don't agree with bmi (I call it something different to body mass index!!!). I started all this at 18st. I'm 5ft 8. Bmi has a healthy weight for me as 10st ish to 11st 7. I reached 12st 4 at my lightest and people would say 'you've stopped losing now though haven't you?' Because if I'd gone any thinner I'd…

Thank you both. That made me laugh - T. rex :) I'll cross check and reduce protein then! Cheers

Thank you

That's quite disheartening! I always thought I was doing a good job burning over 10 cals a minute when I did my t25 :| so I need to put in fewer cals than it states? That sucks. :(
-
That's very interesting (and unfair!!). I'd best adjust my burn on my diary then :( Thanks everyone
-
Does this mean I'm probably burning more during t25? What hrt would be better? Cheers :)

Can I ask, what's the set up? What is a round made up of? I'm tempted to try this once I finish t25. Can't get enough of DVDs and I've done most of jillian's, and some beachbody stuff. Geordie shore is my guilty pleasure  and think they all look great from losing weight. I want to try Vicky's DVD too. I'll be…

No gym plan as I'm scared of them. But just wanted to say that I too have pcos and found it very difficult to lose weight. But before I had my baby last year i'd lost 5 stone with cardio and body weight DVDs (lots of Jillian michaels!), clean eating, low-ish carbs and a positive attitude - and my pcos went away. I'm back…

Thank you guys. I'll look at the protein but also think about upping the calories - scary as that is O_o Or just eat back exercise calories?! I'll also take a multivitamin. See if that helps Thanks again everyone, for you help, I really appreciate it.
-
Thank you. I'll look at the high days and rejiggle my menus.

According to MFP it varies from around 80 to 130 depending on what i've eaten.

Thanks everyone. So nice to hear from you all. :)

So much motivation. Thank you. :)

That fab ladies. Thank you, it's so nice to hear.

I got some comfy, cool, loose pants and tshirts from next. It was a while ago but they always have something similar :)
-
Thank you ladies. Much appreciated and thanks for the inspiration, i really need to believe I can do it again.

Thank you everyone. My cals are still ok, was on 1600 fat burning when I got pg so have kept around same cals but added carbs as couldn't function without them - they bloat me massively but... Thanks again. Will do a mash up program of all i can manage! And will definitely listen to my body and not stress too much. :D x

Thank you and thank you. Great to have understanding support.

Thank you so much. It feels so nice to hear from someone who understands. I'm not usually so needy :/ I really appreciate it. Thank you.

Hi there. Sorry to butt in but would love a little advice - I was two weeks into the lean phase and I got struck with a virus. I didn't work out for 2 weeks as I didn't want to postpone my recovery. I tried to get back into it but can't!! I'm not loving this phase but have LOVED the others even tho I've not seen great…

Thank you everyone. I really appreciate all the advice. I will definately exercise in some form or other and I know i'll get back on track on with my schedule, and eventually with food too. Thanks again. Have a great holiday all. C

I had stalled in my weightloss and posted a similar question as my BMR on various sights was above what MFP had me eating!! The general consensus was that I should up my calories and see how it goes, as I am close to my goal weight, i.e have 20lbs or less to lose it is considered best to keep calories up. How much do you…

Thank you :)

Thanks cmriverside. I have bookmarked all relevant eat to lose pages and will have a look tonight. Seems like such a foreign concept to eat more to lose - goes against what i've been doing the last 20 months!!! :D
-
Thank you Jaz

Thanks guys, that's all really helpful. I am currently eating between 1200 and 1500 including exercise calories (another confusing issue - do you or don't you?) I will have a look at that post link and have a shuffle with my numbers. Thanks again. :)
