Same here that was one of the games I really wanted to try. I looked at my wish list and almost all of it's on sale and no email. I didn't even know steam summer sale was going on, been on origin playing dragon age.

Nuts will add calories without having to eat a bunch more food if you're already full. Avocado is another great food that has a fair amount of calories. Adding Flax to your food and shakes also helps boost the calories. Hope this helps.

That does sound interesting I'll have to keep it in mind when looking for something sweet to eat. But yea I never restrict myself from eating after a certain time.

When I went vegan my face broke out worse than ever it almost made me stop eating vegan. I looked into it and its a normal reaction to dietary changes and it does go away after a bit. I ended up going vegetarian so now my face breaks out if I eat too much dairy.

I get the Mission no lard soft taco size, it has 120 cals and 3g of fat. I'm not sure how you cut tortilla calories since they are basically flour and water, some have lard or more oil than others so you can find one's that have less. I'd say the smaller the tortilla the smaller the calories if you really want to cut…

I know Albertsons store brand Kettle Corn microwave popcorn is vegan. Might want to look at your store's brand if Albertsons isn't around you.

From looking at your diary I would think you aren't getting enough fiber. You should aim for 25g a day or more. You should also make sure you are drinking 64oz or more of water a day to help with passing the fiber through your body.

Your diary looks great for the most part. Like others have said, drink more water and try and eat more protein. I would also add fiber to that and aim for 25g a day. I use lentils in a few recipes; Chili, Sloppy Joes, Dahl, and Shepard Pie. I basically use them as a hamburger substitute.

I would have to say that I enjoy pizza without cheese. It's surprisingly really good so I have never tried using the vegan cheese substitutes.

I'm 5'2" and I started out at 190lbs and am currently 140lbs. I'd love to get down to 115lbs, but right now my goal is 125lbs.

Losing 5lbs in a month is great and actually a lot for your weight. People that lose more are normally over 200lbs and of course the weight loss slows down after awhile as well.

Caffeine serves as a mild diuretic, increasing urine production to flush fluid out of the body. I wouldn't count it as water if it has caffeine, but I would put it in my food log to keep track of my fluid intake.

@JT Yea I almost stopped the vegan diet because of it, until I read that other people had the same problem. It lasted for like 4 months before it started to clear.

I really didn't lose weight maybe 5lbs. The big difference was that my face broke out for a few months then cleared up. I read that it was your body getting rid of toxins.

The 24g is for added sugar in processed foods not sugar found naturally in fruits and veggies.
