Hi, I am trying to lose weight I am 5 ft 4 and weigh 63 kg I run between 5 & 7 km every day I do not have a problem keeping under the recommended 1200 cal per day it's the sugar that I have a problem with it tells me I am only aloud 24g of sugar a day but two medium bananas puts me over? I thought fruit was good for you?

Any suggestions

Thanks
Lou

The 24g is for added sugar in processed foods not sugar found naturally in fruits and veggies.

Thanks for that - I have just been going on what's in my food day sheet - maybe they should split it out.......

I've been finding the same - I have a banana and an apple at breakfast and I am already over!

I think you can adjust the levels in the Settings, I haven't tried that yet though :o)
