Need some helpful vegan friends!

Hi!

I eat mostly raw vegan (with the exception of oatmeal usually) and was wondering if anyone out there wanted to be friends?! I am curious as to see how other vegans (raw or otherwise) get in all their calories.... because if you take a peek at my diary it looks a little sad. I usually only get around 1000 calories a day (I'm trying to maintain and tone, not lose)

I am very full after my meals so I am in a little bit of a jam?? How do I get all my calories in eating raw vegan when I get SO full? I see lots of other people that eat mountains of fruit and end up getting at LEAST 2000 calories a day, usually more. How do they do it?

Nuts will add calories without having to eat a bunch more food if you're already full. Avocado is another great food that has a fair amount of calories. Adding Flax to your food and shakes also helps boost the calories. Hope this helps.

I've been vegan for approx 18 years and consume 1,700 calories a day.

I add things like protein powder, flax, Miracle Matcha Health Mix-in and superfood nutrition to smoothies and natural yoghurt which helps boost calories. I don't know whether a lot of these things are raw but I'm sure there are raw equivalents.

Nuts, seeds and avocados are also good to snack on!
