I have ten days of my miles been keeping track in a journal. 3/08/11 4.0 miles 3/09/11 3.61 miles 3/10/11 3.64 3/11/11 3.69 3/12/11 3.80 3/13/11 2.03 3/14/11 5.18 3/15/11 1.85 3/16/11 1.85 3/17/11 4.63 I'm traking my miles with a Pedometer.

Guys thanks! so funny it is weird how we associate certian foods with a specific time of day. Glad to know others may have weird breakfast choices.

Thanks guys for the advice well I don't believe I was eating enough and today instead of another 40 or 60 min cardio tonight I will do some yoga to try and relax. I haven't taken a off day yet. Well thanks again will keep you posted

I agree with the coffee and wine lol omg and I have my husband pop me bags of popcorn I like it when you pop it on the stove and just sprinkle a little popcorn salt yum.
