I feel like we should be friends. LoL

Oh my gosh...OH.MY.GOSH. That looks amazing. The terrifying thing is that we have ALL OF THESE THINGS in the house! CURSES!

There's a moonshine bar in Baltimore we've been to a couple times. I'm still undecided...some were pretty good-others were just nasty.

If you're a sweet red person, try these two: Jam Jar and "Wink"...both fantastic! Great chilled or room temperature-fantastic little picnic wines.

Double leg lift...killer. ABC Abs...OH MY GOSH (see blogilates.com) This is the ab workout calendar I've been working on. Pilates is fantastic for the core and for all over body toning, but be sure you get a balance of cardio and strength...and remember most of our bodies is what we eat/fuel with...so a balanced diet is…

Call me stupid, but I gotta ask: Irish disco biscuit?! LoL-what is that?

Went shopping for pants today. The same size I've been buying for years from stores I always shop from...too big. Size 6 at J. Crew and Banana Republic no longer fit me!

A diet without veggies is a diet not worth eating. I'm biased, though, I LOVE veggies. Find a way to prepare them that you will enjoy them. My husband used to HATE veggies, then I started roasting them with olive oil, salt and pepper...now he begs for them.

I just added you-only my friends can view my profile (works like facebook) so just click on the person's picture. If they have privacy settings on there, you need to send a friend request. When they approve it, you can see more.

I want to try it-but it says it's better with music. Anybody know how to sync like your Spotify music with the app or do you have to download music separately?

Hey there-feel free to add me if you like. I'm a distance runner and dancer. I also love food and cooking/baking. Just finished my first half marathon in November and am training for a full right now. Not on here for weight loss but for the food/exercise diary (great print offs for my endocrinologist...also I'm a type I…

Build up your pectoral muscles. As far as fat loss I can't speak to that (I'm barely a B cup myself  ) but I know that to keep your boobs perky, you should build up the muscle beneath it-keep the lift.

I was 19. I was ready to break up with the guy anyway but felt bad so I put it off...he could tell though. *sigh* But then I met the right one and it stuck...though we broke up at one point when he got a job on the opposite coast...didn't last, though. We missed each other too much. That happened later in life...(25)

Baltimore/DC Metro area...cold and snowy.

Yes, this...with one minor change that is highly individualized-and that is that if I feel super hungry and I feel I need it, I eat back exercise calories. Sometimes it's all of them, sometimes it's none, sometimes it's part of them...it all has to do with how I feel. Yesterday even after eating back some of the calories,…

Good to know! I'm going to clock some miles on the ones I have now and then invest in another pair. It was quite spendy to get the ones I have now and I'd love nothing more than to have a second pair but...I need to save a bit :(

So I go to a running store to buy the insoles-they're separate from the shoes. I have them fitted, etc and they slip into the shoes. I do feel when those start to wear out.

1200 calories is awfully restrictive. I found weight loss and the change in lifestyle to be MUCH more sustainable when I upped calories. What is your weight loss goal set to/how many pounds per week?

It's funny you should say that because they had these shoes (the ones I bought) in another color but they had run out of them. I'm also interested in the question about trail shoes versus just all around running shoes like I got, if there's anything special about shoes that are meant for trail running. I do a combination…

An update on the "dreadmill" situation: I ran 3.2 miles on the treadmill this morning and I wasn't miserable! I found that running without an incline helped and doing intervals helped. I did a medium/slow jog of 4.5 mph with running stents of 6 mph (faster than I usually run). It worked well! My knee didn't hurt and I…

What kinds of food are you eating to get your surplus?
-
GoMeals is another good one. Tracks BG, exercise and food...I have Type I and I use MFP for tracking food, strava usually for tracking exercise.

Yay!!! Go you! The first mile was a really big step for me-to run a mile without stopping. Then it was 5 miles...then a lot more LoL. It's addictive really. Running outside is WAY more fun! Do you usually run on the treadmill?

High protein, low carb tuna bowl (29 gm protein!) 1/2 haas avocado sliced into chunks 1/3 cucumber, cut into chunks 1/3 cup grape or cherry tomatoes 1/2 cup sugar snap peas (raw) 1/2 cup clover, alfalfa or other type of sprouts (raw) 1 can (5.3 oz) albacore tuna, drained 2 Tbsp Newman's Light Lime dressing. Enjoy!

*shrug* I usually go first thing in the morning before work so I don't have a stitch of makeup on. I used to go straight from work like you're saying and I'd have my makeup on, remove it when I get home... Women can be really snide and cruel sometimes. There's just no cause for it. Maybe they're insecure...maybe they're…

My go to is peanut butter. A couple tablespoons is 200 calories (if you do the super yummy all natural kind). Or a bowl of cereal...frozen greek yogurt...so many tasty options.

Ooooh-Freebird is one I don't have on there yet. I do have Styx, Stevie Nicks, U2, The Who, Jackson 5, Michael Jackson, Aerosmith and some more pop type music as well. I really like music all across the board/have a varied taste in music.
