From my understanding, it should work. The main reason to try daily is to adjust your eating habits to that of a healthy persons. If you feel confident in using weekly and are not starving yourself on some days so that you can binge on others than it should be fine

I started by doing easy sets until i got used to the water again. 200 free 200 breast 200 back 200 free kick 200 breast kick 200 back kick 100 fly (sprint) then I repeat as many times as I can.

Try swimming, its low impact and that might with the soreness. Its a great place to start as well because it burns a lot of calories. Just beware "swimmer munchies" is very real.

Switch to Vaper smoke (i used the kind with nicotine. I found that i slowly started wanting it as much and then eventually quit. It ran me about $100 to get but i found it to be worth it.

It depends on what you like to eat. When I was Vegan I would plan out my meals for the week. Lentils were a staple for me, coconut milk too (good source of protein), tomato paste, a lot of vegetables. I suggest planning your meals then going shopping. I used to be a vegan but then my lifepartner and I were forced to move into her mother's house for a few months and one of the rules is that I have to eat meat. Once we leave, I'm going back to the vegan life. I'll be a happy little boy then.

A good thing to do is to try eating good vegan food. Check out http://www.theppk.com/category/recipe/entrees/ or http://theveganstoner.com/ for some really great tasting food that tends to be healthier. They have a lot of good comfort food. I personally love the lentil taco on the ppk.

you should be good as long as it isn't everyday. Think of your diet as the new way that you're going to eat from this point on. In you're normal life you're going to have sweets sometimes. The important thing is that you don't over do it.

I wouldn't worry too much, I tend to average around 1100 when I'm supposed to have about 2000. Some days, I'll give myself a break and over eat, it seems to be working well for me. As long as you're not starving yourself than you should be okay. The best thing to do is listen to your body.

Im guilty of doing this too, but not with the majority of my calories. I find the best way to avoid skipping meals and to have at least one snack during the day.
