  • I was going to suggest spaghetti squash too. It is awesome as pasta. Or sprinkle it with salt and pepper and parm cheese. Yum!!
  • If you find yourself snacking I would say snack on almonds, or any high fiber foods. That way you won't find yourself hungry. Also, if cold also be because you are dehydrated. Some times the hunger pangs you feel aren't because you are hungry but because you are thirsty. Try mixing a crystal light packet with some water.
  • It is not bad for you to go over your protein. If you are working out as well it will actually help your body recover. Your body uses protein to recover faster after a workout. Also, getting lots of protein can curb your hunger.

  • Fruit always helps. I usually cut up some bananas and put them in the freezer for about an hour, or watermelon, since it has natural sugars and not a lot of calories it fills you up. If you stay away from carbs then you will be fine.
  • In order to lose the weight you need to consume less that what you burn. You also have to think that one pound equal 3500 calories. So i would consume a couple hundred less!! hope that helps :)
