I have not even hit 150 for reps, and i get outnumbered by these teenagers already This makes me realise i should have started lifting 20 years ago, instead of 3 years ago (well i started to pre covid, but then gyms closed and was stuck to home workouts and cardio)

Well if i go by numbers My previous 1RM was 139kg at 109.8 kg So that means i was lifting 139/109.8 = 1,26x my bodyweight Yesterday it was 155kg at 107 kg So that means i was lifting 155/107 = 1.44x my bodyweight My bodyweight dropped by 2.55% My lifting weight increased by 11.5% So technically my lift improved by 14,05%…

This sounds like the angle is wrong. I always do my incline bench with bb in the squat rack, and take a lot of time to setup properly, because i have hurt my shoulder in the past, by setting it up wrong

Squats yesterday felt heavy, but i was able to do my 3x2 @ 95% I also did, instead of RDL some quarter squats. And did 5 and 6 reps on that.
