Well if youre capable of doing it twice a day, it cant do you any wrong ;) Im also starting Insanity, on Monday 19th, will try to combine it with biking, so doing workouts twice a day, it will be preeeeeeetty challenging :) BUT when theres a will..... ;)

Maybe you're not doing anything wrong :) reducing bf isn't that easy, actually it's not easy at all lol How long have you been working out? What is protein-carb-fat ratio in your diet?

Sooo week 6 is almost done and just when I thought I got this, month 2 comes and kicks my butt! Lol Workouts last longer and they dont get any easier, to me at least. Seeing some results, still eating clean, pushing it so hard and we'll see where will it get me in 3 weeks :) We're almost there, KEEP PUSHING PEOPLE!

Plyo Cardio Circuit DONE! Oh boy, that dying feeling is not going away :D I really pushed myself today, my breaks were 15-30 seconds longer then their tho.
