Yeah, I can do that. Word of warning, going to Disney and eating French Fried will do it !! Oh well, back on track and shooting for my goal of 200. Started at 260. Thanks, and keep up the hard work.

Since I started this topic, I got away from my honey and cinnamon kick. I didn't see much as far as helping in weight loss, but my allergies have started back.

So do I. I add it under my snacks section, and make sure it fits in my daily calorie intake plan without going over.

Really... 12 lbs. ain't bad. I thought I was bad for gaining 2 lbs over a weekend, but lost 1 over night, so, don't get discouraged, YOU CAN DO IT !!

I do count the honey and cinnamon in my daily calorie intake, but it's not many calories.

@harley1968... That's the same exact website that I had found on the net. I figured that it couldn't hurt since honey is natural and they sell cinnamon pills for health supplements.
