If you like them include them in your food. Don't expect them to be some magic bullet for your weight loss. Like all the so called boost your weight loss ideas they are just wishful thinking0

Hi I have just found this on the net, not sure if it works?? I do know that honey is good for stomach complaints though.
WEIGHT LOSS
In the morning and one half hour before breakfast and on an empty stomach, and at night before sleeping, drink honey and cinnamon powder boiled in one cup of water. When taken regularly, it reduces the weight of even the most obese person. Also, drinking this mixture regularly does not allow the fat to accumulate in the body even though the person may eat a high calorie diet.

I might actually try this myself.

That's an interesting find. I've read that honey, being mostly fructose, will promote fat storage in the body. However, I've also read that cinnamon is a powerful ingredient that promotes feelings of satiety, and therefore you will eat less. They appear to be unlikely bedfellows, but try it. What's the risk?0

Not sure about weight loss exactly.... I started in January using cinnamon and raw honey in my coffee as opposed to sugar or "hazelnut" syrup. My motivation was to cut out processed foods from my diet. Any recipes that require sugar I use raw honey or maple syrup. Initially after cutting out 95% of processed foods I saw a 12lb. weight loss. This weight loss plateaued after about 2-3 months. I have now started intermittent fasting, exercise and monitoring calories to try and get over my 12lb hurdle! Down about 3 more lbs. after 2 weeks! p.s. coffee with raw honey and cinnamon is DELISH! Raw local honey also can curb seasonal allergies!0

@harley1968... That's the same exact website that I had found on the net. I figured that it couldn't hurt since honey is natural and they sell cinnamon pills for health supplements.0

@joelsumrall....well I am up for anything that can help me lose a few lb's and liking both of these can only be a good thing for me. But I do at the moment have hot water with lemon juice in before breakfast as this is meant to speed up the metabolism...0

If we go out to eat, I always have my lemon water.0
