LMAO!!!!! Just stare at them until the get off the machine you want.

I can run much faster and longer on the dreadmill but I prefer running outside.

LOL I have a friend like that, when we would lift together he would be so self conscious about the bigger guys that he would want to skip part of our routine. I know when I am working out I hardly notice what anyone else is doing because I am focused. I highly doubt that anyone is thinking anything bad about you working…

Dont judge me ..LOL. I had to reset my account after removing a couple of runs where I forgot to end the run and drove home. Will be adding a lot of miles over the next few weeks. Mine is NickHuffman

I imagine the reason they work it only three days is to give your body time to recover after your runs. If you feel fit then try upping the training schedule. Worst case you cant complete and you have to re run. If you can complete the runs at the pace you are running then you are either running too slow or you are running…

Only if she is using a phone and not an Ipod ;)

Just try them on and see how they feel, you dont have to get Nike+ shoes to use the sensor. You can buy shoe lace attachments made for the Nike+ sensor and many articles are online on how to make your own.

I would split my run and walk time over the distance. If you are trying to become a runner download Couch 25K to your smart phone or get a watch with a timer and use this site, http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtm

Check your inbox. If you have any questions let me know.
-
You have a few options. 1. Re do the program but run hard during the run phases and jog during the walk. 2. Get Couch 2 10k or bridge 2 10k to continue your training. 3. Start your own program, register for a few races, try a 5k 10k, 1/2 and full marathon. 4. Find some runners to change up your routine.

I love this stuff. http://www.biofreeze.com/

The treadmill will not be that different than your normal run, I would increase the mileage you run outside on the treadmill as it is not as difficult to run on one. Other than the boredom, the dreadmill is not that bad.

Nice profile pic, LOVE the Panthers! Grew up a couple miles from the stadium, I got a few pair of the skeletoes, I have the water shoe version as well as the turbo running version. I still prefer to run in my Addidas. I did find that running in these shoe will help you improve form as you will want to strike lightly on the…

Are you a new runner? How good is your form, do you train/cross train, is this caused by uphill/downhill/flat, do they start at certain distances? A lot can cause shin splints.

I love fighting. Let me tell you from experience, I box and no other excitement can compare to stepping into a ring with someone. Even when you are sparring nothing will test your fitness level like fighting. For three minutes at a time you get a mini vacation from everything in the world, every worry, every concern is out…

I just bought a Nike+ watch Friday, if you need any friends add me Nick_Huffman

I remember I was dreading the 20 minute run, I nailed it with no problem at all. The next week had two 10 minute runs, that I had to try over about 3 times. I was always like WTF I just ran 20 minutes straight and now I cant run for 10, walk for 6 and run for 10 more. LOL now I look back at the situation it seems comical.

NICE! Keep up the hard work!
-
One day a week is legs and back and after running I like to work on legs with weights. So it is easier to hit the dreadmill on that day.
-
A post protein drink will help your muscles. :) Good luck with your program,
-
You may get conflicting posts on this. I would say push through if its a 30 day program. The exercise will probably help loosen you up and help your legs feel better. Are you taking any protein supplements after your workout?
-
Yes that is ok.
-
Stick with the plan, they are building up your strength and endurance for the longer runs.
-
I used it to start running a few years ago, now I run 1/2s and planning to run a full next march. Keep it up, running can be addictive.
-
Awesome job on all the hard work you put in. LOVE the ink!

From a Warrior Dasher to a future one, I wouldn't worry too much about the rope climbs and other climbing obstacles. The Dash will not be as hard as you think, its not really hard core, more of a fun experience. If you can climb a ladder then you will be able to get over anything they have there.

I got a half coming up in Oct. I will try this out.
