I was nearly at 50lbs down before anyone (not related to me) said anything. The first person to notice was a male co-worker who said he felt uncomfortable saying anything---especially since I'm female. I was thrilled--I still carry that little compliment in my compliment toolbox.

I will pass along what other people have told me...but like you...I've been stuck for more than a month. Make sure you are faithfully tracking...not letting little tastes creep in. Shake up your exercise....and keep on trying. It's bound to move someday soon!

a tray of fresh from the oven sugar cookies (12). And that was two days ago...I'm so ashamed.

The only way is to avoid completely--even the pseudo sugar substitutes. I gave it up on 3/3/2012 and other than one or two sugar slip-ups have done well without it.
